Meal times

Breakfast is served from 8.00am until 9.30am. Dinner is served from 6.45pm until 7.45pm. If you require an early meal, please advise reception. The Dinner Menu is displayed at breakfast to enable guests on Bed & Breakfast basis to book if required, the price is £13.75 per person.

Childrens meals are available between 6.30pm and 7.00pm, please book with your waitress in the mornings or alternatively they can eat off the main menu with their parents from 6.45pm onwards.

Reservations

A deposit of £50.00 per person, is requested to confirm bookings. We advise all guests to take out holiday travel insurance as Jersey no longer has a reciprocal agreement with Great Britain.

All cancellations result in loss of deposit

• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of accommodation
• Cancellation 8 – 14 days of arrival 50% of accommodation

Children

Children sharing with two adults, there is no charge up to the age of two years, three years to fifteen years 50% reduction, over the age of fifteen or occupying adult accommodation full terms.

Travel

Guests are respectfully requested to advise the hotel of the time of their arrival. It is requested that bedrooms be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Valuables

The Management respectfully declines responsibility for the loss of or any damage to any guest's property unless deposited at the reception desk and a receipt obtained.

Cheques

Cheques are accepted in settlement of hotel accounts if presented seven clear banking days before departure. Most major Credit Cards & Debit Cards are accepted.

Car Parking

A car park is available for guests with their own or hired cars. Vehicles are parked at owner's risk.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

The swimming pool will be open from 9.00am until 7.00pm daily depending on the weather. Should the cover still remain on the pool during these hours please ask at reception for it to be removed. N.B. There is no lifeguard attendant. We can accept no responsibility for anyone using the pool or allowing their children to play nearby. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times.
